In the hamlet of Veurs, the most picturesque town in the Voer region, you find our cozy four-star holiday rental home for up to ten people. Come and enjoy nature and the cooking skills of owner and chef Benoît! Your holiday starts at Hoeve De Peer.

In our Hoeve De Peer you will find a well-maintained holiday accommodation. The five spacious double bedrooms offer you complete privacy with a private bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. If desired, there is also space to add a baby cot.

On the ground floor, the large kitchen with cooking island and the adjacent dining area are the centre for conviviality. Cooking together, playing games, catching up…. In the living room it is nice to chat and play. Of course you can also use the large garden with a sunny terrace and a view over the green hills. There is plenty of room for children to play, with a slide and trampoline.

The rooms

The five beautiful rooms of our holiday home

Conférence

This cozy double room is named after the Conference pear. This firm, fairly large hand pear tastes fresh and the juicy, light yellow flesh melts in your mouth. Benoît likes to make a fruit salad or pear compote, while the neighbour uses them in the apple-pear syrup.

In this large room you can enjoy a midweek in the beautiful nature of the Voer region. In the morning, chef Benoît prepares a delicious breakfast for you, and if you wish, you can also enjoy your dinner with us. Conference has its own bathroom with toilet.

Durondeau

Elongated, dark-coloured pears grow on the Durondeau pear tree. This old Belgian pear variety provides many juicy pears full of flavour!

In Durondeau you will find the room where you can relax after your hiking and cycling trips through the Voer region. With the private bathroom with toilet, you have all its comforts at hand and a baby crib is available for your little one. In the morning you can enjoy the delicious breakfast that Benoît prepares for you in the breakfast room. And if you don't feel like going far for dinner? Then give us a heads up and we will cook you the most delicious three-course dinner.

Saint Remy

Do you like red stewed pears? Then Saint Rémy is your room! This large stewed pear from France has a nice juicy belly and tastes good not only as a dessert, but also as a side dish with, for example, a game dish.

Saint Rémy is your luxury double room, where you can relax in the Voeren nature. This spacious guest room has a lovely bed, a private bathroom and toilet. Chef Benoît takes care of your breakfast and if you feel like it, you can enjoy a three-course dinner made from fresh, local ingredients in the evening.

Doyenne

As its somewhat noble-looking name suggests, the Doyenné du Comice hand pear is the most refined of the pears grown in Belgium. Yellow-brown in colour, large, broad and somewhat irregular in shape, this pear is a bit fickle: one year many grow on the tree, the next none! Sweet, juicy, aromatic in taste, this pear will stay with you!

Doyenné is a beautiful room with private bathroom and toilet. Here you can relax and enjoy the freshly prepared breakfast in the morning. Would you also like to stay for dinner in the evening? Then chef Benoît will prepare a delicious three-course dinner especially for you, using fresh, local ingredients and whatever is currently growing in the farm's vegetable garden. We are happy to place a baby cot for you in this spacious room.

Williams

The yellow Williams hand pear is already smiling at you from the tree. Sweet and juicy, this delicious pear is ready for harvest in the fall. Then it can just disappear in the well-known Poire Williams brandy, or in another tasty preparation.

Speaking of preparations: chef Benoît takes care of your breakfast every day and, if desired, also your three-course dinner. It is also wonderful to stay in this Williams room. We are happy to provide you with a private bathroom and toilet, and a baby cot upon request.
